Assistant Manager/Senior Manager, Distribution Business

Job Responsibilities

The candidate will focus on supporting the team’s efforts in growing LGI’s business.

  • Deepen and widen LGI’s reach among intermediaries
  • Pro-actively engage prospective and existing partners to identify business and develop comprehensive strategies to gain market share;
  • Work closely with intermediaries and partners to develop marketing campaigns, training programmes and other events;
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to provide high level of servicing: active follow-ups on all client requests, due diligence and enquiries;
  • Prepare reports, handle business agreements, and other contractual issues that may arise;
  • Undertake research and development of specific projects
Job Requirements
  • Relevant Degree, preferably with a focus in finance, accountancy or business
  • At least 3 to 7 years of direct relevant working experience within the asset management, retail banking or in investment advisory
  • Knowledge of investment products, strategic/analytic and marketing concepts;
  • Good understanding of financial markets and investments
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Self‑motivated, flexible and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications with strong Word, Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • Knowledge of Bloomberg and Morningstar a plus
