A healthcare organization in Singapore is seeking a finance professional to manage cashflow projections, prepare budgets, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate holds an accounting degree, has CPA/ACCA certification, and is proficient in SAP and Excel. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, which requires initiative and the ability to work independently.
Prepare a rolling 3 months Cashflow projection to Group Finance on a monthly basis.
Prepare monthly cash forecast variance
Prepare annual budget and projected cashflow statement
Plan for withdrawal and placement of STP and LTP for optimum cash management.
Manage NTFGH’s Treasury for optimum cash management (bank balance and STP- placement with MOHH)
Prepare annual Forecast and Budget for Finance income
Review bank recon performed by 1FSS and BO
Handle Epay related queries from users and provide guidance on the procedures and workflow to avoid delay in getting the payment processed
Resolve payment issues
Review AP Ageing reports and reconcilation
Manage the Fixed Assets which includes annual verification exercise, sighting of disposal from other Departments and creation of IO code
Review FA schedules
Assist Senior Assistant Manager in reviewing OPEX entries during month end close activities
Prepare monthly OPEX for all cost centers and handle queries relating to the expenses nature and variance (Actual vs Budget)
Prepare and submit monthly NUHS management report to Cluster
Preparation of monthly variance analysis and reporting deck for manager’s review
Effect and ensure that the Cost centres’ approvers are updated in ePay, eSundry, SAP Purchase Requisition and lease portals.
Coordinating and liaising with internal and external stakeholders, such as 1FSS and Auditors.
Ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement, audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal
Accounting degree
CPA/ ACCA or its equivalent
Experience in SAP is a plus
Good working knowledge of IFRS
Knowledge of Singapore’s Tax laws and regulations
Well-versed in MS office, especially MS Excel, Power Point and Word
A Self starter who is able to plan, organise and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently
Can-do attitude, driven and passionate about work
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Meticulous, possess good interpersonal skills and a team player
