Job Description

We are seeking to appoint a full-time Product Marketing (Education Programmes) professional to support the continued expansion of SSHSPH’s education programme portfolio. As the School scales its postgraduate education offerings, this role will provide dedicated marketing capability to drive market-facing strategy, strengthen programme positioning, and translate demand into increased enrolment and revenue growth.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Integrated Marketing

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for SSHSPH’s education programmes, translating School-level objectives into actionable annual marketing plans, campaign calendars, KPIs, and budgets.
  • Plan and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns across print and digital advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), social media, events, and content marketing.
  • Contribute to programme positioning and market research to ensure clear, differentiated, and relevant messaging across target audiences, including local and regional markets.

2. Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Support the development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies for priority growth markets, including China, India, and Southeast Asia.
  • Collaborate with programme teams and creative agencies to localise programme positioning, messaging, and value propositions for each market.
  • Plan and support market-facing activities such as webinars, information sessions, education fairs, and targeted outreach campaigns tailored to prospective students in each region.

3. Data Analytics, Performance Tracking, and Optimisation

  • Track, analyse, and report on key marketing and recruitment KPIs, including leads, funnel conversion, segment adoption, and campaign performance.
  • Use Salesforce CRM to support end-to-end education marketing and recruitment activities, including lead capture, lead nurturing, campaign tracking, and applicant journey management.
  • Leverage Salesforce data and analytics insights to inform targeting, personalise communications, and optimise campaign performance across priority programmes and markets.

4. Sales Enablement and Recruitment Support

  • Support admissions and programme teams with marketing-led sales enablement materials to strengthen lead nurturing, improve conversion rates, and support enrolment outcomes.
  • Respond to prospective student enquiries received through marketing channels in a timely and professional manner, in coordination with admissions teams where appropriate.
Qualifications
  • A recognised Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5–7 years of progressively responsible experience in marketing, preferably within higher education, healthcare, professional services.
  • Prior experience working in a marketing or communications agency, including exposure to campaign planning, client servicing, and multi‑channel execution, will be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset, with hands‑on experience using CRM and analytics platforms (for example, Salesforce, Google Analytics, or equivalent) to track performance and optimise campaigns.
  • Familiarity with the Chinese market, including digital platforms, audience behaviour, or education marketing landscapes, will be a strong advantage.
