Assistant Manager, FP&A (West Singapore)

A FP&A role with a leading European MNC, covering forecasting, performance analysis, and business partnering with senior stakeholders. Based in West Singapore, it provides exposure across multiple regional markets within a global platform.

Key Responsibilities

FP&A & Business Partnering

• Own rolling weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts for the market
• Track actual performance vs budget and forecast, including profitability and KPI analysis
• Work closely with Market Business Directors to understand dealer and market trends, risks, and growth plans
• Translate commercial inputs into clear financial forecasts and insights

Reporting & Consolidation

• Consolidate market results and submit monthly reporting packs to regional and HQ teams
• Support month-end close, including accruals, provisions, intercompany eliminations, and gross margin analysis
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of financial data

Process & Governance

• Drive improvements in FP&A processes, systems, and controls
• Partner with accounting teams to ensure compliant and accurate reporting
• Liaise with auditors and support regulatory and accounting compliance where required

Key Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, business control, or financial planning
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect numbers to business drivers
• Confident communicator, able to explain financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
• Comfortable working hands‑on in a regional, matrix environment
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
• Fluent in English
