What Will You Be Doing?
- Accountable for the overall e-commerce sales performance across pureplay (Redmart, Shopee Supermarket, Amazon, Official Stores), omnichannel (FPON), and quick commerce platforms (Grabmart, Pandamart). Primarily to drive sales conversion, category expansion, and pricing competitiveness across key e-commerce accounts.
- Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies to increase market share, revenue, and profitability in the e-commerce ecosystem.
- Lead the e-commerce demand forecasting process, ensuring precise volume projections to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Work closely with supply chain, logistics, and commercial teams to prevent BBD risks, avoiding inventory write-offs and improving operational efficiency.
- Build and nurture strong strategic partnerships with key e-commerce accounts through annual JBP to ensure long-term business relationships.
- Develop mutually beneficial growth roadmaps with e-commerce platforms and the Trade Marketing team, ensuring alignment on category expansion, promotional investments, and performance metrics.
- Lead commercial negotiations with e-commerce retailers to unlock better terms, including discount structures, ad placements, and promotional funding.
- Optimize promotional spending by balancing trade spend efficiency and ROI on visibility investments (ads, banners, homepages, etc.).
- Drive regional e-commerce initiatives by aligning strategies across different markets for synchronized campaigns, mega sale events, and omnichannel activations.
- Explore new digital commerce trends, including live shopping, AI-powered personalization, and direct-to-consumer (DTC) innovations to stay ahead of competitors.
Are You the One?
- Minimum degree holder (Business Administration or any related field).
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in key account for e-commerce.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to lead a team and cast vision for driving profitable growth across multiple digital platforms.
- Proven ability to structure win-win agreements with e-commerce buyers and partners.
- Expertise in S&OP processes to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory management.
- Ability to analyze e-commerce KPIs and optimize commercial strategies based on insights.
- Experience working with supply chain, marketing, finance, and digital teams for seamless execution.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) for effective communication with stakeholders.
