A government ministry in Singapore is seeking a skilled individual for a communications and engagement role. You will be part of MDDI’s Communications and Engagement Division that strategises, develops, and drives engagement, communications, and outreach for key areas of the Ministry’s work to engage hearts and minds and build a thriving digital future for all. Reporting to a team lead, you will manage public enquiries, feedback and complaints management.
You will also support the Division to strategise, plan, and implement engagement initiatives to further MDDI’s objectives. Key responsibilities include:

The Ministry of Digital Development and Information (MDDI) drives Singapore’s digital development in four key domains — the economy, government, security, and society. MDDI oversees the development of the infocomm technology, cybersecurity, and media sectors; the Government’s digitalisation initiatives; and the national library, national archives, and public libraries. The Ministry is also responsible for effective public communications, and the Government’s information and public communication policies.
