Role

• Align with the bank's "client-centric" strategy by placing product personnel closer to the market and working alongside RMs to serve clients.
• Learn how to drive syndicated loan products in a regional financial hub and understand local client needs and market practices.
• Origination of financing transactions partnering with internal stakeholders (e.g. Relationship Managers) to build the asset book and raise the profile of the bank.
• Actively pitch for top-level lead mandates in the loans syndication space across South and South East Asia covering multiple industries including corporates, financial institutions, transportation, project and asset‑backed financing.
• Prepare presentation, proposals and pitchbooks to back origination activities and offer credible financing solutions to clients.
• Assess credit profiles and financing requirements of potential clients to determine appropriate terms and structure while incorporating dynamic market developments.
• Stay updated on developing trends in loan capital markets to consistently generate new business leads / ideas and quality deliverables.

Requirement

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Corporate Banking / Loan Capital Markets / Loan Syndication / Structured Finance with strong credit and financial analytical attributes.
• Financial modeling skillset will be a strong plus.
