Our client is seeking an Assistant Manager, Building & Office Administration to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage building and administrative services, ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient working environment. You'll have the chance to oversee various aspects of facilities management, coordinate with teams, and contribute to a dynamic office environment.

  • Working Day: 5 days
  • Working Hour: 830am-6pm
  • Working Location: Currently at Aljunied, will be moving to Senoko in 2Q 2026.
  • Salary Range: $4,000-$5,000
  • Variable Bonus
What you'll be doing?
  • Support building operations: Coordinate daily operations across all levels, ensuring smooth functioning of facilities.
  • Manage teams: Oversee cleaning, security, and receptionist teams, ensuring high standards are met.
  • Handle office supplies: Manage pantry operations, office supplies, and consumables to keep the office running smoothly.
  • Visitor management: Coordinate guest arrangements and ensure a welcoming environment for all visitors.
  • Vendor coordination: Liaise with vendors, contractors, and building management to arrange repairs and maintenance.
  • Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with safety, hygiene, and workplace standards.
  • Budget monitoring: Track admin and facilities costs to support budget monitoring.
