Job description

Team Supervision & People Management

• Supervise, train, coach, and develop maintenance technicians and contractors to ensure competency and adherence to company standards.

• Conduct performance reviews, follow up on competency gaps, and support talent and succession planning.

• Lead the team positively, fostering cohesion, motivation, and adaptability to company changes.

Maintenance Execution & Compliance

• Oversee the execution of work orders, ensuring compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and SHE guidelines.

• Monitor progress, troubleshoot and diagnose equipment or system failures, and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.

• Ensure operational acceptance, running tests and validating assets before handover to Operations.

Planning & Documentation

• Support the Maintenance Engineer in developing and executing the 3‑year Maintenance Plan.

• Assist in establishing work order start/end dates, booking accruals, and ensuring proper technical closure of work orders.

• Provide inputs on deviations, validations, and follow‑up actions required to maintain asset reliability.

Health, Safety & QA

• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with <>regulatory, safety, and quality standards.

• Review and approve work permits for contractors and workforce, requesting extensions when necessary.

Requirements

• 3‑5 years of relevant maintenance experience in similar industry

• Hands‑on knowledge of operations and in depth site‑specific knowledge

• In depth knowledge of products, equipment and a seasoned SHE expert

• Knowledge of safety, health and environmental regulations and practice

• Demonstrate supervisory and strong team leadership capabilities critical

• Well Verse and ability to manage emergency situation and response

• Demonstrate capabilities in Gas / Petroleum / Petchem operations

• Industrial operations in support of plants and facilities in critical feed
