Job Description

• Manage and oversee daily operations and ensure compliance to operations standards and procedures, and brand standards
• Weekly schedule planning and daily floor allocation; including manpower planning during flight delays
• Handle guest feedback promptly in a calm and professional manner, and in accordance with standards and requirements
• Ensure compliance of health, safety, food handlings, and hygiene standards
• Conduct and coordinate daily team briefing
• Conduct training/onboarding of new team members
• Achieve budgets, customer satisfaction targets and other business metrics.
• Handle different guest challenges and situations and be part of the first response emergency team.
• Key person in driving the success in delivering exceptional service standards

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of related experience as F&B Manager or similar capacity
• Ability to lead a team
• Confident in handling challenging feedback and customers
