Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare full set of accounts on monthly basis (GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, bank reconciliations)
  • Prepare quarterly and annual financial reports
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
  • Assist in cash flow planning and financial analysis
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and company secretary
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards and statutory requirements
  • Review and improve internal controls and finance processes
  • Provide financial support for management reporting and business decisions
  • Assist in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), including:
    • Providing financial support for investment and divestment exercises
    • Assisting in financial due diligence, including data collection, data room support, and analysis of financial information
    • Supporting the preparation of financial models, schedules, and transaction analyses under guidance from senior team members
    • Coordinating with external advisors such as auditors, tax agents and lawyers
  • Any ad-hoc projects and assignments as assigned
Requirements
  • Degree in Accounting
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience. Auditors are welcome to apply.
  • Professional qualification (CA / ACCA / CPA) is an advantage
  • M&A experience will be an added advantage
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, self-motivated and has a positive attitude
  • Able to work independently, and able to multitask
  • Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
