Intro

Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role serves as the functional deputy and supports the full spectrum of finance activities. You will take ownership of monthly closing, statutory reporting, audit coordination, tax matters, and finance business partnering. You will be expected to step in for the Finance Manager when required and provide strong leadership across finance operations and business decision-making.

What will you do
  • Act as the deputy to the Finance Manager, assuming responsibilities during absence.
  • Lead and review the monthly closing process to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local statutory, audit, and tax requirements.
  • Provide financial insight, analysis, and recommendations to support revenue growth and profitability.
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Review sales forecasts and prepare regular business performance reports.
  • Oversee group reporting and consolidation deliverables.
  • Strengthen internal controls, compliance processes, and documentation.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders on contract management and key finance decisions.
  • Support continuous process optimisation and systems improvement.
  • Travel between Singapore and Switzerland as required (up to 5%).
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
What do we expect
