Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Analyzing building specifications, codes, and sites.
• Using CAD software to create drawings that incorporate exact measurements, calculations, building codes, and other construction details.
• Printing CAD drawing schematics for engineers.
• Entering CAD data into building information modeling (BIM) systems to create 3‑D models and renderings.
• Preparing drawings, charts, and records with CAD equipment and conventional drafting techniques.
• Prepare 2D and/or 3D drawings based on engineering sketches, specifications, and calculations.
• Update and revise existing drawings as directed by engineers
• Coordinate with engineers to clarify design requirements.
• Maintain organized records of drawings, versions, and project files.
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Preferably with BIM modelling skill

Skills:

• Knowledge in AUTOCAD, MicroStation and preferably BIM modelling skill
• Knowledge in the civil and structural engineering industry
• Ability to manage, multiple tasks and meet deadlines & work independently
