Job description
What You’ll Do
  • Be a finance business partner to regional management and overseas entities’ MD
  • Provide go-to-market support, accounting and tax advice to the business teams
  • Support M&A activities in terms of due diligence, financial feasibility, tax considerations, and closing process
  • Responsible for the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and budget, including variance analysis, and monitor key performance indicators
  • Undertake process set-up and identify areas to increase efficiency and productivity. Ensure proper internal controls are built into the processes
  • Responsible for maintaining the accounting books for investment holding entities. Execute month‑end close activities, including posting journal entries, reconciling accounts and preparing accruals across all entities. Ensure the timely completion of balance sheet reconciliations and resolution of discrepancies
  • Assist in setting up of bank accounts, capital injections and fund flow into overseas entities
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors on all engagements and coordination
What You’ll Need:
  • Degree in Accountancy/Business from a reputable University
  • Minimum 10 years of related work experience, with a proven track record in financial reporting, management and business partnering. Experience in overseeing regional businesses will be a plus.
  • Experience in financial modelling, business performance analysis, and investment decision support desirable
  • Strong adaptability to different job scopes for internal rotation
  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal and problem-solving skills
