Responsibilities

• Exhibit strong site problem-solving skills and coordinate effectively with customers.
• Demonstrate expertise in mechanical engineering design and understanding of building services codes of practice.
• Ensure quality of materials and installations by suppliers and subcontractors in line with ISO quality plans.
• Coordinate, monitor, and control supplier materials/equipment and subcontractor installation quality.
• Produce shop drawings and manage drawing coordination across teams.
• Prepare work schedules and attend client and internal meetings.
• Assist the manager in day-to-day activities under the master planning schedule, including quality, safety, and progress monitoring.
• Ensure proper coordination with main contractors to prevent rework and reduce wastage.
• Communicate closely with suppliers and subcontractors to minimize delivery delays affecting progress.
• Inspect for non-conforming products or installations to avoid defects.
• Explore new technologies and installation methods to improve productivity.
• Follow up on site progress and communicate clearly with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5–10 years of managerial experience in M&E contracting.
• Knowledge of ISO 9000, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Certified ISO Internal Quality Auditor.
• Building Construction Safety Supervisor certification.
