Description
  • Formulate and implement marketing strategies to position the brand effectively and enhance awareness.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and channels.
  • Develop initiatives to boost digital presence, including social media campaigns, online advertising, newsletters, and email marketing.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing channels on a regular basis, providing actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to leverage resort activities for promotional purposes.
  • Coordinate co-marketing programs with external partners where applicable.
Profile
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record in creating and executing marketing campaigns and digital strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
