The Role

We are seeking an experienced cybersecurity leader to oversee the organisation’s information security strategy and operations. This role covers governance, risk and compliance, infrastructure and network protection, incident management, and customer security assurance. The successful candidate will lead a specialised team, partner with cross-functional units, and ensure both internal and external environments remain secure, compliant, and resilient.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and drive security governance, risk and compliance programmes, including ISMS implementation, ISO 27001/MTCS certification, and policy frameworks.
  • Oversee protection of corporate IT, cloud and network systems; lead the design, deployment, and optimisation of security technologies (e.g. firewalls, IPS/IDS, SIEM, EDR, PAM, MFA, ZTNA, SASE).
  • Lead enterprise incident response, maintain playbooks, and conduct security exercises.
  • Support customer requirements for compliance and cybersecurity assurance in proposals, tenders, and audits.
  • Deliver enterprise-wide security awareness, risk assessments, and training programmes.
Requirements
  • Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong background in ISMS, audits, and regulatory compliance; proven success in achieving ISO 27001 certification.
  • Broad technical knowledge of infrastructure, network, and endpoint security.
  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CCSP, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor are advantageous.
