Job Title: Assistant Designer - Graphic

Your New Role

As an Assistant Designer, you will play a key role in ensuring brand consistency and delivering visually compelling designs for licensed products and marketing campaigns. This position involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to maintain high creative standards and drive impactful regional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business and marketing teams to review production timelines and ensure timely product launches.
  • Act as a brand steward by enforcing design guidelines and quality standards across all creative outputs.
  • Review and approve product samples and creative submissions to maintain consistency and excellence.
  • Track and manage design approvals within assigned timelines.
  • Provide brand training to partners to ensure alignment with brand values and positioning.
  • Prepare and distribute style guides and communicate design standards effectively.
  • Collaborate with the creative lead to develop seasonal toolkits, product guidelines, and marketing materials tailored for the region.
  • Approve marketing collaterals and ensure alignment with campaign objectives.
  • Design engaging social media graphics that resonate with target audiences and strengthen brand presence.
Qualifications
