Responsibilities
  • Your responsibilities will include: account opening, deposit, withdrawal, account operations, and fee rate adjustment for high-net-worth clients.
  • You are required to follow up and track the account transaction status of high-net-worth clients, receive and understand client needs, as well as identify clients' potential needs.
  • Work closely and assist superiors in coordinating internal resources to meet client needs.
  • Manage daily operations, administration, client care and relationship management.
  • Ad-hoc projects, reporting, and other operational duties including administrative support, as may be assigned from time to time.
  • Work closely with managers and internal stakeholders, to deliver a superior client servicing experience.
  • Develop good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure high standard of customer satisfaction.
  • Customizes client requests (reporting, statistics, mailings etc.).
Qualifications
  • Passionate about client servicing with situational adaptability (to work with clients of different backgrounds).
  • Highly service oriented and passionate about client servicing.
  • Has excellent communication skills, with a friendly and professional communication attitude.
  • Systematic, precise and diligent working style and the ability to perform under pressure.
  • A strong understanding of equities\bonds\futures etc. in the region.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin as you are required to work closely with our Chinese stakeholders and clients based in China.
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience, logical, strong data processing and analysis capabilities, as well as excellent multitasking skills.
