A construction firm in Singapore is looking for a Site Supervisor to manage site operations, supervise staff, and coordinate with subcontractors. The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Civil Engineering and have 2-5 years of experience in building and construction projects. Strong communication skills and the ability to start on short notice are advantageous. This role entails ensuring safety and quality on site while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise Drivers, Operators, General workers, and maintain equipment at site.
• Coordinate with all Subcontractors on site and quality issues.
• Maintain inspection records of works and materials.
• Ensure and carry out site work safely in accordance with the construction programme.
• Handle all site work issues and ad-hoc duties when instructed.
