Job description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Assistant Chefto join our in-house club’s dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will lead kitchen operations, uphold the highest standards of quality and hygiene, and deliver exceptional dining experiences to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations in close collaboration with the General Manager
  • Prepare and cook meals for club members
  • Design and propose refreshed menus on a regular basis
  • Manage kitchen stock, equipment maintenance, and overall cleanliness
  • Ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
  • Mentor and develop assistant chefs, broadening their skills across different cuisines
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver a seamless dining experience
  • Proficiency in preparing Chinese, Asian & Western cuisines
