Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Assistant Manager to strengthen distributor partnerships, expand market share, and accelerate sales growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and ensuring successful implementation of commercial plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with distributor partners to understand their business needs, goals, and challenges.
  • Design and execute tailored sales strategies and commercial plans to drive business growth, expand market share, and increase revenue with existing and new distributor partners.
  • Conduct market analysis, gathering insights on customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity to inform commercial plans, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks.
  • Identify, pursue, and capitalize on new business opportunities with existing and potential distributors, including new product launches, market expansion, and partnership development.
  • Negotiate and close distributorship agreements, commercial terms and sales commitments with new partners, ensuring alignment with company goals, objectives, and profitability targets.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including marketing, supply chain, and product development teams, to ensure seamless execution of commercial plans, resolve issues, and share best practices.
  • Develop, manage, and optimize budgets to support commercial plans, ensure return on investment (ROI), and maximize profitability.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance, market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform business decisions, identify areas for improvement, and measure progress against goals.
  • Contribute significantly to the achievement of the company's sales targets by meeting or exceeding individual sales objectives, while maintaining a customer-centric approach and ensuring long-term sustainability.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the beauty or FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and building strong relationships with distributors or customers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
