Project planning and design
- Assist in preparing project proposals, reports, and technical documentation.
- Help develop and review project budgets and schedules.
- Contribute to technical drawings, specifications, and design calculations.
Site supervision and coordination
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
- Supervise site teams and monitor daily work progress.
- Assist in planning and scheduling site activities.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and government agencies.
Safety and quality control
- Ensure all construction activities adhere to safety standards, regulations, and quality requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and tests on materials and procedures.
- Monitor site safety practices and assist in managing site access.
- Report and help resolve any quality or safety issues.
Documentation and reporting
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including as-built drawings, and prepare operation and maintenance manuals.
- Prepare daily site reports, progress claims, and other required documentation.
- Document project activities for management reporting.
- Check site drawings for accuracy and completeness.
Technical and financial support
- Support the resolution of technical issues that arise during construction.
- Assist with cost estimates, quantity surveying, and tracking job costs.
- Monitor material delivery schedules and manage inventory.
