Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating and developing detailed 3D models of buildings or infrastructure projects using BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, or Bentley MicroStation, etc.
• To update and maintain the BIM models and drawings to reflect any design changes, construction progress, or as-built conditions and ensure accuracy of shop drawings.
• Keep the models and drawings up to date and ensure that the information remains accurate and reliable.
• Using Common Data Environment (CDE) to manage the process of exchange and coordination of BIM model with consultants, client, and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Coordinated Combined Services Model (CCSM).
• Generate shop drawings for preliminary, construction and as-built stages from BIM model.
• Produce completeness shop drawings as per detail given by engineer/manager and ensure drawings and ensure drawings submission schedule is achieved.
• Knowledge of Combined Services Drawings (CSD), Structural E&M Drawings (SEM), Concrete Body Plan (CBP) & Wall Setting Out Plan.
• Ensure that BIM deliverables and documentation follow BIM Execution Plan (BEP) or requirement/instruction as stipulated.
• Able to manage internal coordination meetings to resolve identified design or construction issues which affected the model.
• Manage model data to facilitate model coordination between multiple disciplines and sub-contractors.
• Coordinating with site personnel and subcontractors regarding update on drawings and generating Clash Detection Report.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Structural/Architecture/Engineering/Construction/MEP or equivalent.
• Minimally 1 year experience in BIM Modeling work in building construction and project execution.
• Knowledge and experience in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks.
• Experience in LTA / MRT projects is advantageous.
• Good communication, writing & interpersonal skills.
• Having a positive attitude and proactive mindset.
• Adaptable to working both independently and as a team player, with the ability to work under pressure and meet submission deadlines.
