Job description

We are seeking a visionary Assistant/Associate Design Director to lead and inspire our hospitality design division. This role goes beyond project management – it requires shaping the creative vision, driving innovation across projects, and ensuring the delivery of internationally acclaimed hotel interiors.

Responsibilities

• Take direct responsibility for design development, concept creation, and execution strategies for large-scale luxury hotels and resorts.
• Act as both design leader and active contributor, producing high-quality design solutions while mentoring teams.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, operators, consultants, and contractors, resolving complex design challenges efficiently.
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring creativity, technical accuracy, and alignment with international brand standards.
• Provide detailed design reviews, hands-on problem-solving, and practical guidance to ensure flawless project delivery.
• Lead presentations, design workshops, and progress reporting with clarity and authority.
• Maintain a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence across the design team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design; international experience highly preferred.
• 12+ years in luxury hospitality design, including 5+ years leading design teams while actively contributing to design execution.
• Proven track record delivering high-profile hotel projects, with strong creative vision and technical expertise.
• Deep understanding of international hotel brand standards and the ability to adapt them creatively to each project.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on approach to guiding teams.
