A leading tech firm in Singapore seeks an asset management professional for their Alibaba Cloud data centers. Responsibilities include managing asset operations, ensuring 100% accuracy of asset information, and providing support during emergencies. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of industry experience, an associate degree or higher, and proficiency in local and Chinese languages. Skills in team collaboration and problem-solving are essential, along with familiarity with data center equipment.
Execute comprehensive asset management for Alibaba Cloud data centers in accordance with SOP, including asset entry/exit registration, equipment relocation, and rack mounting.
Manage data center warehouse operations, including warehouse inspections, planning, asset entry/exit, and organization.
Perform 5*8 IDC data center on-duty as required, and provide rapid emergency response support during non‑working hours.
Ensure 100% accuracy of asset information (location, SN, status, model, etc.) through regular inventory and verification.
Strictly follow asset SOP to manage asset safety throughout storage, transportation, entry/exit, and decommissioning processes.
Education: Associate degree or higher in a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience.
Technical Skills:
Familiar with common data center equipment (switches, servers, optical modules, expansion cards, fiber optics).
Proficient in warehouse management and understanding of storage environment requirements (dustproof & moisture‑proof measures).
Skilled in using asset management tools and platforms to ensure SLA compliance and asset information accuracy.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication skills with clear expression and polite listening.
Team‑oriented with collaborative spirit and mutual support.
Ability to proactively identify and solve problems, and propose process optimization suggestions.
Must adhere to Alibaba Cloud's integrity, compliance, and legal requirements.
Ability to maintain asset management red lines and avoid any violations (e.g., unauthorized coding, concealment, or non‑compliance).
Local language proficiency + Chinese language skills.
