About the Role
Lead 6 ASEAN Countries Facility Management (FM) Services across APAC Region serving as Cluster Client single point of contact.
Role reports to Regional Alliance Director (RAD) and forms part of APAC Alliance Leadership Team.
Role dimensions include leading a team of around 100 staff + subcontractors spread across approximately 110 sites, 1.4 M Sqft with an annual spend over USD 12 M.
Responsible for seamless consistent FM Service Delivery (including Capital Investment Projects (CIP)), meeting Commercial targets, attracting/retaining Talent by collaborating with Account Support functions (i.e., Business Process Management (BPM), CIP, Engineering/Critical Environment, Energy & Sustainability, Finance, Health & Safety, People, Procurement, Risk/Compliance), Country Platform/Leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Single Point of Contact for all Cluster FM/Projects related to Service Delivery including relationship management with Client counterpart meeting CBRE Account Regional & Global leadership expectations.
- Client Work with Client counterpart to foster ONE Team approach by delivering agreed Contractual Service delivery to promise through planning/anticipating issues.
- Stakeholder Engage Client counterparts to map End User key personnel, understand End User key personnel requirements, develop cadence for interaction.
- Cluster Leadership Team: Work with Account People Lead to make ‘Account of choice’ by ensuring Account Country Manager (ACM), ACM – 1.

- Coordinate and supervise countries’ teams. Review & establish work schedules & tasks if required and cross-train staff. Set and track staff priority deliveries for the client as need arises in daily FM operations.
- Set up mechanism to monitor & govern the SLA’s delivery for the region & KPIs parameters to be followed. Conduct necessary training & education sessions for teams to be aware of these requirements.
- Review the client's strategic plans for appropriate staffing levels to meet expectations & ensure the approved HC count strength for the region is maintained, hence one of the key responsibilities for this role is people retention, succession planning & growth opportunities for well-deserved people.
- Interface Management
- Collaborate with Cluster Leads/Account Support Functions to create a Responsibility assignment matrix (i.e. RACI) for each Account Support Function.
- Ensure Cluster team works within defined RACI for each Account Support Function.
- Financial Management: Work with Account Finance team for each Country FM Service scope to
- Drive timely/accurate reporting (with explanation) to Client.
- Achieve agreed annual Client Operating Profit/Revenue.
- Structure internal cadence meetings with RAD to share actual versus budget.
- Develop improvement plan, if required.
- Procurement Management: Ensure ACM work with Account Procurement team for each Country FM Service to
- Draft Client Scope of Work.
- Align on Subcontractor selection criteria (including Payment Terms, Performance Measurement).
- Validate Subcontractor quotations.
- Select Subcontractor.
- Schedule, manage Subcontractor performance through structured cadence.
- You are responsible for overseeing engineering & critical environment, health and safety, environmental and sustainability, BPM, Risk/Compliance and People.
- Create action plans to improve financial positions. Support & manage contract negotiations in alignment with the account/platform procurement SMEs. Ensure we negotiate the best services for our client and at competitive cost to ensure Glide path targets are achieved as per the contractual agreement.
- Cadence: Establish mechanism to have scheduled reviews & meetings with each country’s local clients’ teams and appropriate departments to discuss, resolve and address discrepancies in line with the contractual agreement.
- Identify and solve multi‑dimensional, complex, operational, and organizational problems leveraging the appropriate resources within the account or with CBRE local countries platform & APAC regional teams.

- Travel: Singapore based with around 30% of travel expected to build strong relationship with Country Client, engage with Country Alliance Service Delivery team, CBRE Country Leadership/Platform.

What You’ll Need
- Experience 10+ years within FM industry leading multi country teams for FM Service Providers/Client.
- Education: FM certification, Service Provider industry qualifications. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
- Leadership: Achieve success by growing your team.
- Financial Acumen: Responsible for P&L, tailor/drive profitability initiatives.
- IT: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
