Job description

• Management of a 2-D illustration production team (illustration skills/experience not required)
• In cooperation with the art director, balance quality and productivity to maximize team output
• Carry out PL and cost analysis to ensure project profitability
• Create artist hiring strategy to meet demand
• Responsible for task assignment and progress management using Excel etc
• Finished product will be delivered to headquarters in Japan
• Communicate closely with Japan HQ to ensure satisfaction with the product
• Revise work flows and team structure as required, in cooperation with the Art Director
• Schedule evaluation and training of team members in cooperation with the Art Director
• Experienced at coordinating strategic projects in fast-pace environment
