Responsibilities
  • Responsible for driving the organization's productivity aspirations across the group of stores to ensure efficiency
  • Visit stores to evaluate operations, cleanliness, and efficiency of each area of the stations
  • Promotes a positive working culture across the stores and drives the achievement of sales results
  • Participates in the hiring and training of crews and Managers
  • Oversee the work, ordering and schedules of outlets
  • Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy
  • Set standards and objectives for different outlets
  • Lead a team of store managers towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals
  • Undertake sound financial management to ensure stores are profitable and stay within budget
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines
  • Facilitate implementation of organizational strategies
  • Manage and review store operations and processes within the area/district
  • Review customer satisfaction, order processing, fulfilment and returns
  • Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it
  • Report to upper management on progress and issues
  • Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
  • 4 to 6 years experience in F&B, in managerial role
  • Experience in managing more than 3 outlets
  • Good leadership and communication skills
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure
  • Able to work weekend and PH
  • Energetic, adaptable, highly-driven and sales-oriented
  • Possesses strong people management skills and is able to engage with management
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
