A leading food and beverage company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Outlet Area Floor Manager. This role involves managing daily operations, delegating tasks, and ensuring high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in the F&B industry, with strong leadership and communication skills. E-pass holders are welcome, with shifts including weekends and public holidays.
Outlet Area Floor Manager leads sections (like Front Counter or Production), delegates tasks,
manages staff breaks, ensures Quality, Service, & Cleanliness (QSC) standards, handles cash,
resolves customer issues, and trains crew, acting as a vital step between crew trainers and full shift
managers, ensuring smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction.
Operations Management:
Running the outlet and ensuring efficient workflow and meeting QSC standards.
Coffee brewing (barista duties), servings, and assists in the kitchen with dough preparation, pizza making, etc.
Maintained cleanliness of the outlet area and ensured compliance with quality standards.
Staff Leadership: Delegating tasks to crew, managing breaks, arrange shift duties, providing on-the-job training, and motivating the team.
Customer Focus: Serving customers professionally, handling complaints effectively, and building customer loyalty.
Cash Handling: Managing registers, ensuring accurate transactions, and balancing drawers.
Inventory/Stock: Monitoring stock levels and ensuring product availability.
Reporting: Reporting operational results and issues to Operations Manager and management.
Strong leadership and delegation.
Excellent communication and problem-solving.

E-pass holders are welcome.
Higher Nitec or Nitec in any discipline
2-3 years of experience in F&B industry.
High energy and a strong passion for delighting customers, service oriented.
Drive and resourcefulness to deliver results
Strong management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays (6-day work week)
