Job summary

A construction company in Singapore is seeking a Site Supervisor to supervise construction works, ensuring compliance with specifications and safety. Candidates must have a Diploma or Degree in Engineering and 3 years’ experience in building projects. Experience with A&A projects in commercial buildings is advantageous. This role offers the opportunity to coordinate site activities and lead a team effectively.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in building or civil engineering projects.
• Experience leading a group of RC workers is an advantage.
• A&A experience in commercial buildings or upgrading projects is welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction works to adhere to project specifications and drawings.
• Plan and coordinate site activities with subcontractors’ supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with Safe Work Procedures.

Job Duties

• Reports to Assistant Project Manager, Site Manager or Project Engineer.
• Supervise of construction works in ensure that all works are done in accordance with the project’s specifications and drawings.
• Plan and coordinate the site activities and able to coordinate with subcontractors’ supervisors.
• Ensuring works carried out are complying with Safe Work Procedures.
• Experience in leading a group of RC workers an advantage.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Architectural or Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• 3 years’ experience in building or civil engineering project.
• Possess strong flair for construction drawings.
• Candidate with Addition and Alteration (A&A) experience in commercial building / shopping mall and upgrading projects are also welcomed.
• Knowledge in BIM/VDC is an advantage.
