A construction firm in Singapore is seeking an individual to assist the Architectural Coordinator in site management and architectural works. The role involves supervising compliance with approved drawings, coordinating with consultants, and conducting inspections. Candidates should possess a Diploma in Architecture or related fields, with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential. Assist the Architectural Coordinator in day-to-day site coordination and architectural works management.
Supervise and monitor architectural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams on architectural matters.
Carry out RTO (Resident Technical Officer) inspections and ensure works are executed according to quality and safety standards.
Assist in authority and consultant submissions, including preparation of documents, shop drawings, and inspection records.
Monitor work progress, identify issues, and report site conditions to the Architectural Coordinator.
Ensure proper implementation of construction methods and rectification of defects.
Maintain site records, inspection checklists, and as-built documentation.
Diploma or Certificate in Architecture, Building, or Construction Management or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in architectural supervision.
Familiar with RTO inspections, site coordination, and submission processes.
Able to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
Good coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
Proficient in basic documentation and site reporting.
Prior experience in local construction projects will be an advantage.
