Job summary

A construction company in Singapore is seeking an experienced AutoCAD Draftsman (Interior Fit-Out) to prepare detailed drawings, liaise with project teams, and ensure compliance with codes. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, and a diploma or certificate in a related field. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in producing construction detailed drawings.
• Practical knowledge in BIM Revit will be an advantage.
• Meticulous and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed shop drawings and construction drawings.
• Perform site checking to ensure proper dimensions and details.
• Liaise with Project Manager and Architect on drawing details.

AutoCAD Draftsman (Interior Fit-Out)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed shop drawings and construction drawings, with quality and accuracy
• Prepare detailed as-built drawings
• Perform site checking to ensure proper dimension, connection and detail for fabrication
• To liaise with Project Manager, Architect, Designer and Consultant on details drawing
• To coordinate with sub-contractors and carpenters on fabrication details
• To carry out proper documentation to current drawings / document
• To ensure drawings meet relevant code and compliance requirements
• Report to Design Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Certificate in AutoCAD drawing or Architecture
• Sound knowledge of AutoCAD software
• Practical knowledge in BIM Revit will be an advantage
• Min 3 years of relevant working experience in producing construction detailed drawings, furniture & interior fit-out work
• Must be able to read and understand drawings
• Meticulous and able to work independently
