Responsibilities

• Review design with Architectural consultants and fit materials to contractor requirements.
• Coordinate with C&S and M&E consultants on Architectural work.
• Review materials, methodology, and shop drawings for approvals.
• Inspect Architectural works on site with RTO and provide reports.
• Coordinate BIM preparation with consultants.
• Work on Authority submissions with Architectural consultants.
• Collaborate on Green Mark, Conquas, Buildability, and Constructionability scores.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Review the design from the Architectural consultants and work with the Architectural consultant on the design and materials to fit the requirements of the contractor.
• Coordinate with the C&S consultants and M&E consultants on the Architectural aspects of the work.
• Review subcontractor and supplier materials, construction methodology and shop drawings and make submissions to the Architectural consultants and clients for approval.
• Carry out Inspection of the Architectural works on site with the RTO, the Architectural consultants and the client and provide the necessary reports.
• Coordinate with the BIM consultants and Architectural consultants on the BIM preparation.
• Work with the Architectural Consultants on the Authority submissions to statutory boards.
• Work with the Architectural Consultants on the Green Mark, Conquas, Buildability score and Constructionability score.
