Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of design concepts and architectural drawings
• Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for design submissions and regulatory approvals
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the design and construction phases
• Participate in site visits, inspections, and client meetings
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent from a recognized institution
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Singapore
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
• Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and submission processes
• Good design sense, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong communication and presentation skills
