Responsibilities

• Lead and manage application development, operations, and support.
• Drive project delivery, budgeting, vendor management, and IT planning.
• Guide, coach, and develop the team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in application development and maintenance, including 8+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong technical expertise in C#, .NET, API development, ERP interfaces, and SharePoint; exposure to mobile apps and payment gateways is a plus.
• Knowledge of ERP solutions (SAP RISE, Oracle, Salesforce) preferred.
