The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a proactive approach to learning and project management. This role offers a dynamic work environment with a strong emphasis on technical skills and continual professional development.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP is a must.
  • Experience in implementation and managing Microsoft Dynamics ERP projects.
  • Proactive attitude towards learning and taking on new projects.

Responsibilities

  • Consulting, design, process mapping, and implementation support.
  • Troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
  • Providing pre-/post-sales support.

Job Description & Requirements

The Software and Applications Manager will be involved in a very wide range of activities including but not limited to consulting, design, process mapping, implementation, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, analysis, solutions recommendation, and configuration as well as pre-/ post-sales support.

The candidate should possess the following skills and requirements:

  • Preferably in Information Technology, though any degree is acceptable.
  • Experience in Implementation and managing of Microsoft Dynamics ERP projects.
  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP (Must Have).
  • Willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Good hands-on experience with design and development of GUI and server-based applications.
  • Minimum 5 years of Pre-sales/Business development experience in Microsoft Dynamics.
Added experience in the below will be an advantage
  • Experience in Design and development of back office application in Microsoft Dynamics ERP
  • Knowledge in designing tables and writing stored procedures / triggers in database, preferably SQL server
  • Experience with the Navision Application Scheduler (NAS) and/or Data
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to diagnose problems quickly and recommend solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Committed to hard work, continual learning. Dynamic and self-motivated
  • Proactive and always asking for more projects
  • Strong desire to learn and gain experience
