Job summary
A leading financial solutions provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to manage incidents and system health. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 15 years of experience, be proficient in Python and SQL, and have knowledge of Rates and FX business. Flexibility in working hours is required as shifts may start early in the morning.
Qualifications
- 5 to 15 years of experience preferred.
- Proficient in Python and SQL.
- Good business knowledge of Rates, FX and Credit business.
Responsibilities
- Manage/Own P1/P2 incidents and problems end-to-end.
- Assist troubleshooting and resolving incidents on supported applications.
- Monitor and maintain system health and performance.

- Manage/Own P1/P2 incidents and problems end to end.
- Assist troubleshooting and resolving incidents and problems on supported applications.
- Monitor and maintain system health and performance.
- Develop, maintain and support Disaster Recovery plans on the weekend (bi-annual exercise).
- Improve monitoring and alerting tools to be more proactive on incident resolution and prevention.
- Liaises with upstream and downstream systems support teams as appropriate.
Shift Rotas
- Needs to be flexible towards working hours. Shifts start as early as 6:30am Singapore time.
Requirements
- 5 to 15 years’ experience preferred
- Proficient in Python and SQL
- Good business knowledge of Rates, FX and Credit business and other fixed income products
- ITIL basic knowledge or understanding between incident tickets and problem tickets
