Due to our continued success in onboarding new clients onto our innovative wealth management ecosystem, we are expanding and looking for an Application Support Engineer (L2 & L3 Support) in Singapore.

As an Application Support Engineer, you will lead the technical integration of our software products into our client’s environment. Working closely with the client’s technical teams and project managers, you will drive the integration of our product onto the client’s infrastructure (cloud and on‑premise) and manage regular version upgrades.

What you’ll do as an Application Support Engineer (L2 & L3 Support)
Application Management (70% to 80%)
  • Support the client in the implementation of the necessary infrastructure.
  • Manage and configure application releases (deployments and upgrades) or guide the customer to do so.
  • Configure the application according to the requirements provided by the client.
  • Assist client application management teams in the application setup.
  • Proactively participate in technical discussions with the client on infrastructure changes and upgrades.
  • Interpret error logs and identify corrective actions or support the client in this task.
  • If necessary, liaise with the Evooq product development teams.
Project Management (20% to 30%)
  • Coordinate version upgrades for existing clients.
  • Track progress, manage risk and issues, and provide regular status updates for version upgrades.
  • Collaborate with the client project team and Evooq product development team to ensure successful upgrade.
