As an Application Group Executive, you are responsible to develop and/or introduce new products, processes and packaging within factory based on R&D owned technology or in close collaboration with R&D, while taking into consideration compliance with Nestle and external standards. You will play an important role in providing support forfactory and marketing on projects / initiatives related to product, processes and technologies improvement whilstdriving cost optimisation projects related to raw materials, packaging materials, product and processes.

A day in the life of an Application Group Executive..

• Projects (NPD, Raw/Packaging, InterMarket Supply) successfully industrialised and in compliance to Nestle requirement in terms of quality, regulatory, SHE and environmental sustainability.
• All processes and requirements related to Materials and Recipe Management are followed, and comply with corporate standards.
• Raw Materials, Packaging Materials and Product cost optimisation and process improvements.
• Flawless deployment of new product/technology from R&D to operations, including know-how.
• Work place safety in compliance with the local laws striving for Zero accidents.

What will make you successful:
