Job description

We are hiring APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT MANAGER with below requirements;

Functional & Program Leadership

• Lead and own end-to-end functional business analysis for Stablecoin initiatives across multiple delivery phases (Phase 1a, 1b, 2, and 3).
• Act as the functional lead for channel impacts, particularly Infinity and other client-facing channels, arising from Stablecoin and SWIFT Digital Ledger integration.
• Provide strategic oversight to ensure functional designs align with long-term programmable settlement and digital asset strategy.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with Business, Product, Technology, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Legal teams to gather, validate, and prioritize requirements.
• Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring clarity of scope, dependencies, and delivery expectations.
• Support senior program leadership with functional insights, impact assessments, and decision-making inputs.

Requirements & Solution Design

• Translate regulatory, operational, settlement, and risk requirements into clear functional specifications, business process flows, and user journeys.
• Define functional requirements for Stablecoin lifecycle activities (Pay/Transfer, Receive, Convert, Hold) across client channels and backend systems.
• Ensure functional designs support scalability, security, resilience, and future digital asset use cases.

Governance & Delivery Support

• Ensure functional artefacts meet enterprise standards and support smooth delivery through design, build, testing, and rollout phases.
• Review and approve functional documents, ensuring consistency across phases and initiatives.
• Identify functional risks, gaps, and dependencies early and proactively drive mitigation.

Team & Capability Leadership

• Provide guidance and functional leadership to Business Analysts / FBAs within the program.
• Establish best practices for functional analysis in blockchain, Stablecoin, and digital asset initiatives.
• Contribute to building internal capability in digital assets and distributed ledger–based solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Manager within banking, payments, or financial services.
• Hands‑on experience delivering or implementing Stablecoin, digital asset, blockchain, or DLT‑based solutions.
• Strong understanding of payments, settlement, clearing, and treasury flows, including regulatory and compliance considerations.
• Experience working on large, multi‑phase transformation programs with multiple channels and complex integrations.
• Familiarity with SWIFT initiatives (e.g., SWIFT Digital Ledger, ISO 20022, or programmable settlement concepts) is highly desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
