Responsibilities
- CMS implementation & configuration: Assist in planning, configuring, and launching CMS platforms or modules—setting up site structure, templates, workflows, permissions, and integrations to meet business requirements.
- User support and training: Provide day‑to‑day operational support, troubleshoot issues, and run training sessions or produce guides so users can update content accurately and efficiently.
- Requirement gathering & solution design: Work with stakeholders to capture requirements, recommend CMS best practices, and map them to system capabilities; document functional specifications or user stories for technical teams.
- Quality assurance & continuous improvement: Test content changes, new features, or workflows; monitor system performance, identify gaps or usability issues, and suggest refinements.
- Stakeholder communication: Act as liaison between business users, content owners, and technical staff; explain technical issues in plain language and align on priorities, timelines, and impacts.
- Governance, standards, and compliance: Help enforce content governance rules, metadata standards, and security policies; ensure proper usage and adherence to organizational guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, information systems, computer science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 1 year experience in IT business analysis, system analysis or similar function.
- Solid understanding of technical concepts such as workflows, permissions, metadata, content structures, and system integration.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to break down complex issues into clear steps for users and developers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to technical and non‑technical audiences.
