We are now looking for a Solution Consultant to join our Professional Services Team of Singapore. The Professional Services team follows an integrated and collaborative team approach with Sales, Product Services, Technical Support, Research and Development teams. You will interact with talented professionals across different functions, not only in the territory but also globally. Along with the teams, you will align to a successful delivery of customer’s outcomes and grow our footprint for the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshop sessions to gather customer requirements and critical business challenges
• Develop Blueprints, design solutions, hold the vision, and evangelize how the solution addresses technical and business needs
• Ensure the solutions are delivered, individually or by teams involving Axway consultants, partners and customers' technical resources
• Develop customer assessment reports documenting the current state and future state recommendations
• Architecture design and ownership
• Mentoring junior members of the team
• Develop Proof of Technologies and Proof of Concept plans with agreed use cases and execute PoC’s/PoT’s in virtual teams
• Delivery of technical and services content for RFP responses
• Provide training for customers and partners

Key Competencies

• Breadth of knowledge across all IT domains, including integration, cloud, UX and business process
• Ability to tailor messaging according to the audience: C-level stakeholders to technical architects
• Strong ability to map customer requirements to a solution design.
• Strong organizational and communication skills both written and verbal.
• Highly motivated to learn new technologies and stay current with a product portfolio and industry trends.
• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking skills and an aptitude for learning and discovery

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Technology, Computer Science or similar discipline
• 5+ years in technology related roles, ideally with a software/solutions vendor.
• API Management solutions design and deployment experience, specifically using Axway API Management suite will be a plus
• 2+ years API Management solutions design and deployment experience using any other products like Apigee, Mulesoft, WS02, Kong, Boomi and Layer 7.
• Cloud architect level certification (AWS, Azure, GPC or equivalent) will be an added advantage
• Experience with agile project management and development methodologies
• Best practice and experience with DevOps tools such as Docker, Jenkins, Maven, GitHub, Chef, Puppet, etc
• Experience with cloud and on-prem infrastructure, K8s containerization, security, scaling, monitoring, alerts, messaging patterns, integration patterns and micro services
