Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in managerial roles within luxury retail industry.
• Experience in Digital Learning management and blended learning strategy.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and operational excellence in managerial role.
• Strong data analytical skills coupled with strategic thinking capabilities.
• Excellent planning, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive retail excellence and improve operational efficiency.
• Lead training programs for 600 Beauty Consultants.
• Evaluate performance of retail initiatives with Retail Managers.
• Define and analyze KPIs to drive business performance.
• Manage the e-learning strategy and rollout across platforms.
