Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in NGS, sequencing services, laboratory services, or technical sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑first mindset.
• Ability to explain scientific concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales activities to achieve monthly/quarterly targets in Singapore.
• Identify new business opportunities and manage existing customer accounts.
• Explain NGS workflows, sequencing platforms, sample requirements and data output to customers.
• Support customer education through seminars, webinars, and technical presentations.
