• Manage Multinational Client Servicing for global clients in APAC.
• Deliver prompt and accurate processing of clients’ insurance requests.
• Support major insurance renewals and pre-renewal data gathering.
• Drive digital tools implementation and adoption with clients.
• Monitor progress to assure service meets or exceeds client expectations.
