Job summary

A global logistics company in Singapore seeks a Legal Manager to provide legal support for contract negotiations and regulatory compliance across the Asia Pacific region. Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant legal experience in law firm and/or corporate legal department.
• Possess advanced drafting skills in corporate and/or litigation matters.
• Fluent in English and preferably one other Asian language.

Responsibilities

• Review and provide legal support for customer contracts.
• Resolve disputes from customer contracts.
