Qualifications

• 10+ years across developer platforms including 4+ years leading managers in APAC.
• Comfortable reviewing designs, code-level tradeoffs, and reference architectures.
• Strong grasp of consumption pricing, commits, proposals, and approvals.
• Design operating models and drive execution across regions.
• Concise writer and presenter, able to communicate with various levels.

Responsibilities

• Own the APAC plan and numbers: activation, expansion, pipeline, bookings.
• Run weekly usage radar, pipeline triage, and strategic deal reviews.
• Align proposals and route approvals with Finance/Legal.
• Partner with Marketing & DevRel to produce PQLs and verified deployments.
• Publish workload playbooks and drive adoption with Sales leaders.
• Surface next-best actions and focus resources where impact is highest.
• Hire great managers and set clear goals.
• Remove blockers related to security, deals, or products.
