Job summary

A leading data center provider in Singapore is seeking a Corporate Development Manager to lead financial modeling and investment analysis for growth strategies. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in Corporate Finance with strong analytical and communication skills. This position requires a self-starter attitude and the ability to work independently. The role allows for flexible work arrangements with three days on-site required.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance, Private Equity or Valuations.
• Prior data center/digital infrastructure/commercial real estate investment experience preferred.
• Strong modelling skills required.

Responsibilities

• Build financial models and perform financial analysis for acquisitions.
• Drive preparation of presentations for the Executive Team.
• Support due diligence processes and make recommendations.
