A global digital infrastructure provider in Singapore is seeking an APAC Bid Management Director to lead complex bids and proposals. You will own the entire bid lifecycle, manage virtual teams, and ensure governance and compliance for successful outcomes. The role requires strong leadership, a commercial mindset, and expertise in tools like PowerPoint and Excel. This is a rare opportunity partnering with senior regional leaders and experienced commercial teams to
shape complex, high-value customer outcomes across APAC.
Own end-to-end bid lifecycle from opportunity qualification through submission and handover.
Lead virtual bid teams, aligning stakeholders to deadlines, approvals, and winning strategies.
Drive bid planning, progress tracking, resourcing, forecasting, and corrective actions when
required.
Manage bid governance, risk registers, compliance documentation, and audit-ready approvals.
Support negotiations and ensure seamless transition from signed contract to delivery teams.
Extensive experience leading complex bids, proposals, or large-scale commercial responses.
Proven leadership managing cross-functional, regional, and virtual stakeholder teams.
Strong commercial, risk, and governance mindset within structured bid frameworks.
Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, CRM platforms, and proposal content tools.
Bachelor’s degree required; management qualification or APMP certification preferred.
